Police will drop the HSC examinees if stuck heading the exam hall as soon as they call 999
The President of India is coming to Dhaka on Wednesday. Many roads in the capital will be closed to ensure smooth movement and safety of the invited guests on the occasion of the great Victory Day and the birth centenary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. That is why Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) Commissioner Mohammad Shafiqul Islam has requested the HSC candidates to come out keeping some extra time in hand while heading for the Exam Halls.
He made the call at a news briefing in front of the National Assembly on Tuesday (December 14). The DMP organized the briefing as the preparations of the police on the occasion of Victory Day.
DMP Commissioner Mohammad Shafiqul Islam said, if the students who went out to take the test got stuck somewhere, they should immediately call 999 and ask for our help. Police will take the transport to the test center in their own transport.
He said that no student should miss the exam. Since many roads will be closed, I request you to come out on time on the day of the test.
While asked, when the President's movement will take place as the HSC exams are being held in such a big event this time, the DMP commissioner said, it is difficult to say precisely. One of the secrets of VVIP security is to keep his movement time secret. Even if we don't say specific, we will say that it will be from which time to which time.
As per the routine of HSC examination, the examination of Biology (Theoretical) First Paper and Higher Mathematics First Paper will be held on Wednesday morning shift. In the afternoon shift there will be examinations in Home Management and Child Raising and Family Relations (Theoretical) First Paper, Home Management and Family Life First Paper and Islamic Studies First Paper.
